Weatherby Healthcare is seeking locum tenens coverage in Illinois for vascular and thoracic surgery. The assignment features 24-hour shifts (on-call), 5–7 surgical cases per week and about 10 consults weekly, plus a weekly clinic day with new patient consults and pre/post-op visits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years post-training experience in vascular and thoracic settings.
• Experience with coronary bypass, valve replacement, lobectomy.
• Ability to cover 24-hour shifts and on-call responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide 24-hour coverage on-site for assigned cases.
• Handle 5–7 surgical cases per week and ~10 consults weekly.
• Participate in a weekly clinic day with new patient consults and pre/post-op visits.
• Care for adult and geriatric patient populations.
• Use expertise in CABG, valve replacement, and lobectomy as needed.
