Job summary

CompHealth is seeking a Locum OB/GYN to cover inpatient and outpatient services in Ottumwa, IA. The assignment features a busy clinic with 15–20 patients per day and 30–40 deliveries per month, with rotating call support and a focus on low-risk pregnancies.

You'll work Monday through Thursday 8 am–5 pm, Friday 8 am–12 pm, and you'll benefit from complimentary housing and travel arrangements, weekly pay, and comprehensive malpractice coverage. Credentialing is streamlined by the team.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient and outpatient OB care required
• 15 - 20 patients per day in clinic
• 30 - 40 deliveries per month
• Vaginal delivery, LEEP, laparoscopic surgery and more procedures
• Rotating call with current providers -- 10 - 14 day stretches
• OB ultrasound performance and interpretation preferred
• Mon - Thu 8 am - 5 pm; Fri 8 am - 12 pm -- 9 hr shifts
• We simplify credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
• Specialized recruiter handles every detail
