Job summary

Gardner Games is seeking a traveling Amusement Technician to support locations across Northern California, including Santa Rosa, Vacaville, Sacramento, and the Bay Area. This role is 100% travel-based, focusing on maintaining, repairing, testing, and supporting amusement equipment at client sites.

You will work independently in the field, troubleshoot, and ensure equipment operates reliably, collaborating with other technicians as needed and coordinating with clients for service needs.

We are seeking a Traveling Technician to support locations throughout Northern California, including Santa Rosa, Vacaville, Sacramento, & Bay Area. This role is 100% travel-based and focused on maintaining, repairing, testing, and supporting amusement equipment directly at client sites. Key Responsibilities

• Travel to client locations throughout Northern California to repair, test, maintain, and stock amusement equipment.
• Assist with installation and setup of new amusement equipment at locations.
• Manage assigned arcade sweep schedules to ensure equipment operates efficiently and reliably.
• Communicate regularly with client locations to coordinate service needs and provide remote troubleshooting support.
• Maintain parts inventory and assist with prize stock management at serviced locations.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to other technicians as needed.
