Job summary

Story Land in Glen, NH is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician for full-time work. You will perform daily inspections, maintenance, and repairs on park rides, buildings, and equipment. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, some trade experience, and strong mechanical and electrical aptitude. Responsibilities include troubleshooting ride functionality, conducting safety checks, and documenting maintenance tasks. Must be able to work in diverse weather conditions and lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of previous maintenance or construction work experience desired.
• Background in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting or landscaping preferred.
• Ability to read maintenance manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility-wide maintenance on buildings and structures.
• Lead daily carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical projects.
• Inspect and test rides, ensuring safety and completion.
