Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is hiring a part-time Amusement Attendant in Orange, CA. You will greet guests, troubleshoot games, operate POS systems, and promote all center offerings, including bowling, billiards, and food & drinks.

The role requires a welcoming attitude, solid communication, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced entertainment environment, with evening/night and weekend shifts available.

WHAT OUR GAME ROOM ATTENDANTS DO

Our Game Room Attendants provide our guests with the best gaming experience possible. If your dream job involves being surrounded by all the latest, cutting-edge arcade games, and getting people as excited as you are about playing them, then you may be perfect for this role!

A GAME ROOM ATTENDANT’S DAY-TO-DAY

• Greet our guests in a friendly, welcoming manner
• Ensure that all games are working properly
• Report major equipment problems to management
• Assist guests who are having trouble with playing (or paying for) our games
• Promote all of our center’s awesome offerings, such as bowling, billiards, and food & drinks.
• Accurately operate multiple POS systems while selling arcade cards to guests
• Unload, stock, and maintain the inventory level for your arcade’s redemption center
• Maintain a clean and organized arcade area

WORK ENVIRONMENT/ PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Typical entertainment environment where you will walk, bend and stand for periods of time, and may lift objects with some assistance.
• Part-time, evening and night shifts, weekend availability.

Pay & Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.90 to $18.00 per hour, depending on qualifications.
