Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Los Angeles is seeking an Amusement Attendant to greet guests, ensure all games work, assist players, and promote our center's bowling, billiards, and food and drinks. You’ll operate arcade card sales at POS terminals and help keep the arcade area welcoming.

This part-time role requires evening/night shifts and weekend availability, strong guest service and teamwork, and the ability to lift and stock inventory.

• Proven success in school or prior jobs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, welcoming manner.
• Ensure that all games are working properly.
• Report major equipment problems to management.
• Assist guests who are having trouble with playing or paying for games.
• Promote bowling, billiards, and food & drinks.
• Operate multiple POS systems while selling arcade cards.
• Unload, stock, and maintain inventory for the redemption center.
• Maintain a clean and organized arcade area.

A GAME ROOM ATTENDANT'S DAY-TO-DAY

• Greet our guests in a friendly, welcoming manner
• Ensure that all games are working properly
• Report major equipment problems to management
• Assist guests who are having trouble with playing (or paying for) our games
• Promote all of our center's awesome offerings, such as bowling, billiards, and food & drinks.
• Accurately operate multiple POS systems while selling arcade cards to guests
• Unload, stock, and maintain the inventory level for your arcade's redemption center
• Maintain a clean and organized arcade area

Pay & Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.42 to $20.26 per hour depending on qualifications.
