Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking an Amusement Attendant in Lakeville, MN. The role focuses on delivering excellent guest service, assisting guests with arcade games and payments, and promoting bowling, billiards, and concessions. You will manage POS transactions, stock the redemption center, and keep the arcade area clean in a dynamic entertainment setting.

Responsibilities

A GAME ROOM ATTENDANT'S DAY-TO-DAY

• Greet our guests in a friendly, welcoming manner
• Ensure that all games are working properly
• Report major equipment problems to management
• Assist guests who are having trouble with playing (or paying for) our games
• Promote all of our center's awesome offerings, such as bowling, billiards, and food & drinks.
• Accurately operate multiple POS systems while selling arcade cards to guests
• Unload, stock, and maintain the inventory level for your arcade's redemption center
• Maintain a clean and organized arcade area

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00.
