Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in the United States is seeking a part-time Game Room Attendant to greet guests, keep the arcade area clean, and help guests enjoy bowling, billiards, and food & drinks.

You will operate POS systems, stock the redemption center, report equipment issues, and promote center offerings while delivering friendly guest service. Evening and night shifts are available, with weekend availability and a 16+ age requirement.

Qualifications

• Friendly, guest-oriented service mindset.
• Ability to operate POS systems accurately.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with arcade/gaming environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet our guests in a friendly, welcoming manner.
• Ensure that all games are working properly.
• Report major equipment problems to management.
• Assist guests who are having trouble with playing (or paying for) our games.
• Promote all of our center’s offerings, such as bowling, billiards, and food & drinks.
• Accurately operate multiple POS systems while selling arcade cards to guests.
• Unload, stock, and maintain inventory for the arcade’s redemption center.
• Maintain a clean and organized arcade area.

A GAME ROOM ATTENDANT’S DAY-TO-DAY

• Greet our guests in a friendly, welcoming manner
• Ensure that all games are working properly
• Report major equipment problems to management
• Assist guests who are having trouble with playing (or paying for) our games
• Promote all of our center’s awesome offerings, such as bowling, billiards, and food & drinks.
• Accurately operate multiple POS systems while selling arcade cards to guests
• Unload, stock, and maintain the inventory level for your arcade’s redemption center
• Maintain a clean and organized arcade area
