Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment, located in Des Moines, is seeking a part-time Amusement Attendant to greet guests, keep games running, and promote center offerings. You will operate POS systems, assist guests, and help maintain arcade areas with a friendly, team-focused approach.

Responsibilities include stocking and inventory, reporting equipment issues to management, and ensuring an enjoyable guest experience. Evening and weekend shifts are typical, with a lively entertainment environment.

A GAME ROOM ATTENDANT'S DAY-TO-DAY

• Greet our guests in a friendly, welcoming manner
• Ensure that all games are working properly
• Report major equipment problems to management
• Assist guests who are having trouble with playing (or paying for) our games
• Promote all of our center's awesome offerings, such as bowling, billiards, and food & drinks.
• Accurately operate multiple POS systems while selling arcade cards to guests
