Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking an Amusement Attendant in Buffalo Grove, IL. You will greet guests, ensure games are running smoothly, assist with payments, and promote bowling, billiards, and food & beverages. You will also operate POS systems and help maintain the arcade area.

The role emphasizes friendly guest service, strong communication, and teamwork in a lively entertainment venue. Evening and night shifts are available, with part-time scheduling.

WHAT OUR GAME ROOM ATTENDANTS DO

Our Game Room Attendants provide our guests with the best gaming experience possible. If your dream job involves being surrounded by all the latest, cutting-edge arcade games, and getting people as excited as you are about playing them, then you may be perfect for this role!

A GAME ROOM ATTENDANT’S DAY-TO-DAY

• Greet our guests in a friendly, welcoming manner
• Ensure that all games are working properly
• Report major equipment problems to management
• Assist guests who are having trouble with playing (or paying for) our games
• Promote all of our center’s awesome offerings, such as bowling, billiards, and food & drinks.
• Accurately operate multiple POS systems while selling arcade cards to guests
• Unload, stock, and maintain the inventory level for your arcade’s redemption center
• Maintain a clean and organized arcade area

The pay range for this position is $15 to $16.97 / hour.
