Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is hiring an Amusement Attendant in Boston, MA. In this part-time role, you'll provide guests with exceptional gaming experiences while ensuring that all games are operational and enjoyable. You'll greet guests, assist with their gaming needs, and promote our exciting offerings like bowling and billiards.

We are looking for team players who excel in customer service and communication. Benefits include free bowling and discounts on food and events, with a pay range of $16.00 to $17.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Solid communication skills are essential.
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly manner.
• Ensure all games are functioning properly.
• Report equipment issues to management.
• Assist guests with game-related questions.
• Promote center offerings such as bowling and billiards.
• Operate POS systems for arcade cards.
• Stock and maintain arcade inventory.
• Keep the arcade area clean and organized.

WHAT OUR GAME ROOM ATTENDANTS DO

Our Game Room Attendants provide our guests with the best gaming experience possible. If your dream job involves being surrounded by all the latest, cutting‑edge arcade games, and getting people as excited as you are about playing them, then you may be perfect for this role!

A GAME ROOM ATTENDANT’S DAY-TO-DAY

• Greet our guests in a friendly, welcoming manner
• Ensure that all games are working properly
• Report major equipment problems to management
• Assist guests who are having trouble with playing (or paying for) our games
• Promote all of our center’s awesome offerings, such as bowling, billiards, and food & drinks.
• Accurately operate multiple POS systems while selling arcade cards to guests
• Unload, stock, and maintain the inventory level for your arcade’s redemption center
• Maintain a clean and organized arcade area

WHAT IT TAKES
