Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Boston hires a part-time Amusement Attendant to deliver a high-energy guest experience across arcade games, bowling, and in-venue offerings.

You will greet guests, operate POS systems, stock and maintain the arcade area, and promote all center offerings while ensuring games work and reporting issues promptly. Applicants must be at least 18; evening/night shifts and weekend availability are required.

• Solid communication skills.

• Proven success in school/previous job experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet our guests in a friendly, welcoming manner.
• Ensure that all games are working properly.
• Report major equipment problems to management.
• Assist guests who are having trouble with playing (or paying for) our games.
• Promote all of our center’s awesome offerings, such as bowling, billiards, and food & drinks.
• Accurately operate multiple POS systems while selling arcade cards to guests.
• Unload, stock, and maintain the inventory level for your arcade’s redemption center.
• Maintain a clean and organized arcade area.

A GAME ROOM ATTENDANT’S DAY-TO-DAY

The pay range for this position is $16.00 to $17.00/hour.
