Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking an Amusement Attendant to create a welcoming guest experience at our arcade and entertainment center in Arcadia, CA. You will ensure games run smoothly, assist guests with games and payments, and help promote bowling, billiards, and dining options.

You will operate POS systems, manage arcade card sales, stock the redemption center, and maintain a clean, organized gaming area while delivering outstanding guest service daily.

Responsibilities

• Greet our guests in a friendly, welcoming manner.
• Ensure that all games are working properly.
• Report major equipment problems to management.
• Assist guests who are having trouble with playing (or paying for) our games.
• Promote all of our center's offerings, such as bowling, billiards, and food & drinks.
• Accurately operate multiple POS systems while selling arcade cards to guests.
• Unload, stock, and maintain the inventory level for your arcade's redemption center.
• Maintain a clean and organized arcade area.

A GAME ROOM ATTENDANT'S DAY-TO-DAY

• Greet our guests in a friendly, welcoming manner
• Ensure that all games are working properly

The pay range for this position is $16.90 - $18.00 / hr.
