Ontic is seeking an Aviation Maintenance Technician (AMT/Avionics) Level II for our Miramar, FL site. You will inspect, test, troubleshoot and assemble avionics products and LRUs on-site under the Operations Manager.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, FAA Repairman certificate (or ability to obtain), and at least 1 year of aerospace electronics repair experience. IPC-J-STD-001 solder certification or the ability to obtain it is preferred.

• Associates degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience as an electronics repair technician in aerospace.

Responsabilités

• Inspect, test, troubleshoot, repair and assemble avionics products and LRUs onsite.
• Troubleshoot and repair CCA/PCB to component level; document findings.
• Complete reports and maintain records; train and mentor technicians.
• Comply with regulatory requirements; support process improvements and safety.

You will report to the Operations Manager and will have an onsite work structure in Miramar, FL .To be considered for the Aviation Maintenance Technician (AMT/Avionics) opening, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:High School diploma or GED, ability to obtain a FAA Repairman certificate.
