Job summary

Apple is seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager to lead Analog and Mixed-Signal (AMS) IP programs within our silicon organization. You will drive the end-to-end development of high-speed AMS IPs—including data converters, PLLs, and SerDes—from concept through mass production, ensuring quality, schedule, and successful delivery across our SoC portfolio.

• BS in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Computer Engineering.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in AMS IP design or PM in AMS space.
• Proven track record leading multi-disciplinary hardware programs.

Responsibilities

• Drive Silicon & Packaging Execution: manage lifecycle for complex AMS IP and SoC designs from concept to tape-out.
• Collaborate on Proprietary Tech: partner with vendors and silicon foundries to co-develop hardware solutions.
• Define Testing Frameworks: define requirements for testing structures and implement robuste testing strategies.
• Orchestrate Cross-Functional Teams: connect IC Design, SI/PI, Operations, Tooling, and Legal to meet dependencies and gates.
• Global Program Management: coordinate efforts across multiple international time zones and teams.
