Job summary

Locus Robotics seeks an AMR Fleet Software Analyst to optimize robot fleet performance at a major 3PL client site in central New Jersey. You will analyze fleet utilization, identify bottlenecks, and propose workflow adjustments to boost throughput.

Responsibilities include configuring robot behavior parameters, developing insights from data, and generating weekly performance reports for customer stakeholders to drive continuous improvements across operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of data analysis or operations engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.
• Understanding of warehouse picking processes and productivity metrics.
• Comfort with fleet management dashboards and cloud-based tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, data science, or related field.
