Job summary

Magna Corporate seeks a Deployment Engineering Manager to lead end-to-end AMR deployments across North America (and potentially Europe). You will manage a team of deployment engineers, coordinate with Solution Engineering, Product and Operations, and remove roadblocks to meet timelines and quality goals.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in robotics or deployment engineering, proven leadership, and exceptional communication skills to translate complex technical details to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Manufacturing, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in robotics, industrial automation, or deployment engineering roles with 2+ years in leadership or project management.
• Proven track record of managing customer-facing deployments across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Deployment Engineers delivering AMR installations across North America and potentially Europe.
• Own end-to-end deployment processes from site readiness to post-go-live support.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute deployments to meet milestones and customer expectations.
• Act as primary escalation for deployment challenges, aligning with product and operations teams.
• Collaborate with Solution Engineering, Product, and Software/Hardware teams for feedback and roadmap influence.
• Develop training docs, troubleshooting playbooks, and hand-over checklists.
