A leading automation provider is seeking an Automotive Project Lead in San Antonio, TX. The role involves integrating and troubleshooting various automation technologies, primarily in North America. Responsibilities include on-site optimization of AMR systems, effective customer communication, and preparing technical documentation. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, a strong organizational mindset, and some experience in automation technology. Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of work experience.
• Experience in designing and optimizing automated processes.
• Must be eligible to work in the USA long term without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Integrate AMR systems at customer locations across North America.
• Optimize AMR system performance on-site and remotely.
• Communicate effectively with customers and prepare technical reports.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Teamwork in a collaborative environment

Working knowledge of automation technology (PLCs, Motors, etc.)

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Basic understanding of electrical theory

Comfortable with laptop PC and Microsoft applications

Education
