What You’ll Be Doing As a Ammunition Technician

• Thoroughly inspect all materials for defects and verify accurate lot and part numbers before use.


• Proficiently set up and operate Dillion presses, single stage equipment, and other relevant tools.


• Strictly adhere to documented work instructions.


• Promptly notify the manager of any discrepancies.


• Perform in-process quality checks as outlined in work instructions.


• Report any non-conforming materials.


• Conduct shooting tests to verify LOT to LOT velocity tolerances.


• Execute final inspections.


• Inspect packaging material during the packaging process, discarding any non-conforming materials.


• Accurately record material consumption when closing MOs.


• Verify the correctness of lot numbers and labeling.


• Maintain a clean and presentable workstation daily.


• Ensure equipment is serviced and maintained.


• Achieve daily throughput goals as determined by the lead.
