Job summary

KBR is seeking an Ammunition Handler at Fort Irwin to safely receive, store, and issue ammunition and related material. The role requires strict adherence to DoD and Army regulations, PPE usage, and safe handling practices in a demanding environment.

Responsibilities include conducting inventories, maintaining storage documentation, and operating MHE to support TASP operations. MS Office proficiency and ability to obtain a Secret clearance are required, with a strong focus on safety and customer

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ammunition handling per DoD/Army regs.
• Ability to obtain Secret Security Clearance.
• Proficient verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and issue ammunition and related material.
• Conduct periodic inventories of ammunition components.
• Maintain magazines, storage plans, and related documentation.
• Operate material handling equipment to move ammunition.
