Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking an experienced Industrial Refrigeration Service Technician to support food & beverage, cold storage, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and process facilities. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and emergency service on ammonia and industrial refrigeration systems.

The role requires strong diagnostic and communication skills, adherence to safety policies, and the ability to work independently on complex projects.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing industrial or commercial refrigeration systems.
• Ammonia refrigeration experience preferred; training available for qualified candidates.
• OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training is a plus.
• Completion of refrigeration/HVAC apprenticeship or equivalent experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and emergency service on industrial refrigeration systems.
• Service ammonia refrigeration systems and diagnose refrigeration, ventilation, heating, and control systems.
• Complete service documentation, work orders, and customer reports accurately and on time.
• Coordinate daily schedules while maintaining excellent customer communication and safety compliance.
