Job summary

Trident Seafoods Corporation in Anacortes, Washington seeks a Refrigeration Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the refrigeration department. You will supervise technicians responsible for ammonia refrigeration systems and related utility equipment, ensuring safe, reliable performance and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of ammonia systems, and the ability to coordinate maintenance and incident response in a fast-paced seafood processing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of five (5) years maintaining industrial ammonia refrigeration systems.
• Minimum of one (1) year of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises refrigeration technicians to ensure safe ammonia refrigeration operation.
• Coordinates preventive maintenance, repair and installation work to minimize downtime.
• Ensures equipment and related systems meet safety and regulatory standards.
• Provides coaching, guidance, and training to refrigeration staff.
