Job summary

The technician will perform maintenance and repairs on freon and ammonia systems, install and test equipment, and coordinate with the service manager and clients to ensure reliable operation.

Requirements include 5 years in ammonia refrigeration, a universal EPA license, and a valid driver's license. Trade school graduation and RETA certification are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in ammonia refrigeration.
• Universal EPA license.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Qualified to work on both ammonia and freon systems.
• Ability to complete all the physical requirements of the position.
• Graduation from a trade school and RETA certification are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on freon and ammonia refrigeration systems.
• Install, test, and troubleshoot industrial heating and air conditioning equipment.
• Coordinate with service manager and clients to ensure reliable operation.
• Maintain safety and quality standards during all service activities.
