As a Manager you will lead teams to deliver scalable AI/ML solutions for financial crime detection, providing strategic direction on the use of machine learning, natural language processing, and large language models for client engagements. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and compliance, maintaining governance and explainability while managing client relationships and mentoring junior staff.

What You Must Have

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
