Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in BSA/AML consulting or advisory, internal audit, or compliance testing.
• Solid understanding of AML/BSA regulations and bank secrecy act requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, audit, and monitor compliance of BSA/AML requirements for financial institutions of all sizes.
• Execute across all audit phases, including planning, walkthroughs, testing, artifacts, and reporting.
• Present audit results to senior management and audit committees with findings and recommendations.
• Build and manage relationships with business lines across the three lines of defense.
