Job summary

IQVIA seeks experienced Medical Science Liaisons to support an AML program, engaging investigators and clinicians on disease biology, MRD, relapse risk, and evolving care standards. This field-based role facilitates scientific exchange and aligns Medical Affairs with clinical development objectives.

The MSL will communicate complex data, support education programs, and work with cross-functional teams to advance oncology research while traveling extensively within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in a scientific or clinical field required; PharmD/MD/PhD or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years MSL experience or relevant clinical experience in hematology/oncology.
  • Minimum 3 years hematology/oncology experience with therapeutic expertise.
  • Proven track record in medical affairs, clinical development or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of oncology treatment landscapes and FDA/regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scientific relationships with KOLs and investigators across the territory.
  • Engage in compliant clinical discussions on AML and hematologic malignancies with diverse stakeholders.
  • Communicate complex data clearly to physicians, researchers, and care teams.
  • Support disease-state education, advisory boards, and investigator meetings per compliance rules.
  • Identify training needs and enable investigator-initiated studies and site engagement.
