Responsibilities

• Handle matter inception requests and monitor progress to closure.
• Analyze information submitted by fee-earners.
• Apply laws, regulations, and compliance policies to requests.
• Perform AML/background checks on new clients.
• Coordinate with fee earners and support teams through the workflow.
• Develop internal databases for regulatory checks.
• Provide reports on work list items and monitor service levels.
• Undertake administrative duties and maintain records.
