Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas seeks an AML Investigator to support compliance with BSA/AML and KYC regulations. You will conduct comprehensive investigations into casino customers, evaluate SOF/SOW, and draft SAR narratives for management’s review.

Ideal candidates have high school education and 2+ years in AML/audit, with preference for resort/gaming experience. The role is full-time, onsite with access to company benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of relevant AML/Audit experience required.
• 3+ years of audit or related field preferred.
• Experience in resort/gaming environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct AML investigations using all available information to assess potential red flags.
• Verify source of funds/wealth and business ownership to determine alignment with gaming activity.
• Assess suspicious activity and draft SAR narratives for management.
