Job summary

The Rose Gaming Resort is seeking a Compliance Auditor to help enforce Title 31 AML controls across our Virginia operations. You will conduct audits, review transaction records, and assist with investigations while maintaining thorough documentation and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have AML/BSA experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to different teams within the company. This role is based on site and supports casino compliance operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of BSA/AML regulations, FinCEN guidance, Title 31 requirements.
• Auditing, investigations, and monitoring experience in regulated environments.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Title 31 AML compliance audits, reviews, and testing.
• Review and validate BSRs, CTRs, guest validations, and EDD docs.
• Investigate unusual activity and potential AML risks.
• Assist with SAR filings and AML investigations documentation.
• Maintain audit workpapers and compliance records.
