Job summary

Heartwood Montessori in Mesa, Arizona is seeking passionate AMI-recognized educators for July 2027. Openings are available at Primary (3–6), Elementary (6–12), and Secondary (12–18) levels.

Qualifications

• AMI Montessori philosophy and practice experience preferred.
• Experience mentoring or coaching Montessori Guides desired.

We are looking for educators committed to authentic Montessori practice who can create joyful, engaging environments that foster independence, curiosity, kindness, peaceful interactions, and a lifelong love of learning.

Our staff is passionate about implementingauthentic AMI Montessori philosophy and practice. Experienced Montessori mentors and school leaders are available to support and coach Guides as they develop their environments and professional practice.

Heartwood also offers opportunities forsponsorship of Montessori training and continued professional development for qualified candidates.

AMI certification is preferred, with consideration given to candidates currently enrolled in an AMI training program. Secondary candidates with Montessori adolescent experience, training, or relevant academic expertise are also encouraged to apply.
