Zusammenfassung

Fiore Montessori School seeks an experienced AMI Elementary/Adolescent Guide who is passionate about joining our dedicated faculty as a Pedagogical Director to lead our Elementary and Adolescent Programs and sustain AMI fidelity.

The Director will directly manage guides, mentor staff, oversee classroom communities, admissions, transcripts and parent communications, and coordinate after-school and summer programs across two campuses located about 20 miles outside Washington DC.

Qualifikationen

• AMI guide training at Elementary and/or Adolescent level and dedication to AMI philosophy.
• 5–10 years of experience running an Elementary and/or Adolescent classroom.
• Exceptional communicator with strong leadership qualities.

Aufgaben

• Directly manage Elementary and Adolescent guides and ensure high-fidelity AMI programming.
• Mentor guides and assistants; assist with hiring, onboarding and training.
• Oversee parent communication, conferences, and written reports; prepare transcripts and admissions recommendations.
• Collaborate with Pedagogical Directors of other levels and administration on program strategy.
• Coordinate after-school and summer programs; manage staffing, events, and logistics.
