Pay: $70,304.00 USD/Per Year

Job Type: Full-Time

• Work Location: In-person

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, occasional weekends

Required Qualifications:

• AMI Elementary Diploma or proof of enrollment in AMI Elementary Diploma program (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Montessori Elementary Guide, demonstrating a deep understanding of Montessori philosophy and methodology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, admin, and colleagues.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage classroom activities, assessments, and administrative tasks.
• Passion for nurturing children’s curiosity and fostering a love for learning.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of a dynamic educational environment.
