The role focuses on brand partnerships, omni‑channel selling, and event programming, while guiding staff with coaching, scheduling, and performance feedback to meet store goals and maintain FP Movement’s standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years store leadership experience.
• Passion for FP Movement and connection to local fitness community.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as brand ambassador and reflect company values; partner with leadership to create engaging visual experiences.
• Lead customer service and styling to hit store metrics and drive sales.
• Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and developing store team to strengthen brand connection.
• Manage daily operations, scheduling, payroll, and inventory to support a strong zone chart.
• Coordinate events and partnerships to grow brand engagement in the community.
