Job Description
Summary: The Unconventional is seeking a qualified Language Instructor to support the Language Enabled Airman Program (LEAP) and the Air Force Culture and Language Center (AFCLC). The instructor will deliver eMentor courses to assess, enhance, and sustain service members’ language skills across listening, speaking, reading, and writing, while fostering cross‑cultural knowledge and intercultural communication skills. Instruction is participant‑centered and is available 24/7 for a globally distributed force, with one‑on‑one or small group formats.
