Qualifications

• Full fluency in English and Amharic.
• Desire or experience providing high level client service.
• 1+ year of professional interpreting experience preferred.
• Industry certifications/trainings (CMI, CCHI) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service.
• Adhere to Code of Professional Conduct and confidentiality.
• Follow policies and interpretation protocols and best practices.
• Meet clients' clearance requirements as requested.
• Report on-site to accepted assignments promptly.
