Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services is urgently hiring compassionate caregivers in Phillipston, MA to help seniors remain safe and independent at home. We offer flexible scheduling, Day and Overnight shifts, competitive pay, and paid training. Immediate start opportunities with a $250 sign-on bonus after 90 days.

Both CNAs and HHAs are welcome, with free caregiver training available. Join a family-owned company that values caregivers and provides support from a dedicated office team.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to provide companionship and personal care.
• Reliable transportation and reliable timekeeping.
• Willingness to learn and participate in training.
• Flexible scheduling including days, overnights, weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Prepare meals and assist with daily routines.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands.
• Provide medication reminders as prescribed.
• Observe and report changes in client conditions; communicate with supervisors.

What Will You Be Doing?

Help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes!

Depending on your qualifications and client needs, responsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
• Preparing meals and assisting with daily routines
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and errands
• Providing medication reminders
• Observing and reporting changes in client conditions
• Delivering compassionate, respectful, and dependable care
