Our work is guided by AI principles:

This role blends people leadership, technical depth, and AI-informed decision making, ensuring products are delivered with speed, quality, and trust while aligning with firm architecture, security, and AI governance standards.

  • Promote reuse of AI patterns, components, accelerators, and platforms across products and portfolios

  • Embed AI into developer workflows (e.g., design, coding, testing, documentation, support) to improve speed and quality

  • Ensure adoption of Reference Architecture standards, development patterns, and engineering best practices

  • Drive consistency across teams while allowing flexibility for innovation and experimentation

Team & Talent Leadership
  • Lead and grow high-performing, inclusive development teams across onshore, offshore, and hybrid models

  • Set clear goals, assign work, manage performance, and conduct career development discussions

  • Coach teams to balance delivery excellence with innovation, leveraging AI as a force multiplier

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and psychological safety

Operational, Vendor & Portfolio Management
  • Estimate LOE, manage staffing plans, and optimize capacity across the portfolio

  • Manage vendor relationships including assurance, procurement, and invoice approvals

  • Coordinate closely with DevOps, Architecture, InfoSec, Data, and Platform teams

  • Create and maintain technical and AI roadmaps aligned with product and business strategy

  • Produce clear technical documentation and ecosystem diagrams depicting product interdependencies

Skills and attributes for success
