Job summary

Fortifi Food Processing Solutions seeks an Americas Shared Services Manager to lead AP, AR, and T&E across the Americas. You will build and develop a high-performing team, establish KPIs, and drive standardization and automation to support reliable financial reporting.

The role partners closely with controllership, business-unit finance teams, and stakeholders to resolve issues, improve working capital, and deliver a high level of service to internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• CPA, CMA, and/or MBA are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead AP: process vendor invoices and payments end-to-end.
• Oversee AR: invoicing, cash application, and collections.
• Manage month-end close and reconciliations across Americas.
• Drive T&E processes and compliance with policies.
• Maintain strong internal controls and audit readiness.
• Partner with Procurement, HR, Payroll, and BU finance teams to resolve issues.
• Support forecasting and working capital targets.
