Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking a Regional Supply Chain Leader to drive operational performance across factory and warehouse locations throughout the Americas.

You will oversee planning, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and warehouse operations to ensure seamless material flow and outstanding service. You will lead and develop high-performing teams, standardize processes, and collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to implement scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or supply chain required.
• Extensive leadership experience in operations, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Strong warehouse and material management expertise.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and large-scale initiatives.
• Lean and Six Sigma certification.
• Willingness to travel across the Americas.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, procurement, logistics, inventory, and warehouse ops across the Americas.
• Drive performance and ensure seamless material flow.
• Standardize processes and best practices across sites.
• Champion Lean methodologies and continuous improvement.
