Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive supply chain experience in pharmaceuticals/biotech.
• Experience leading supply chain operations for a multi-country region.
• Strong knowledge of cGxP, GDP, and pharmaceutical distribution regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an Americas regional supply chain strategy.
• Lead the regional/country S&OP process, including demand and supply review.
• Oversee regional logistics operations ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Serve as the accountable supply chain lead for product launches.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and establish continuity plans.
• Define and monitor regional KPIs for supply performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop regional supply chain team members.
