To establish and execute the strategic direction of the Engineering Practice across multiple regions and countries, with full accountability for financial performance, revenue growth, profitability, resource utilization, and operational effectiveness. The role provides leadership in business planning, budgeting, forecasting, workforce development, succession planning, and market expansion while ensuring consistent technical excellence and delivery of high-value client solutions.
Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited college or university required. Advanced degree preferred. Must be certified and/or registered as a professional engineer in the designated field of expertise.
Twenty (20) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required with a minimum of 10 years management related experience.

As required by law, Sedgwick provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in jurisdictions requiring pay transparency in job postings. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and cost of specific location. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is $250,000-$325,000. A comprehensive benefits package is offered including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, 401k and matching, PTO, disability and life insurance, employee assistance, flexible spending or health savings account, and other additional voluntary benefits.
