Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Chemistry or Engineering.
• 15+ years of commercial experience.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role negotiating major contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Elastomers P&L in the Americas and lead Sales and Technical Service teams.
• Develop annual sales plans aligned with Global Elastomers strategy.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and profitability metrics with cross-functional teams.
• Drive growth and customer relationships across regions.
