Job summary

Platinum Therapy seeks multiple Full-Time American Sign Language Interpreters for in-person school-based positions in Surprise, AZ. The interpreters will support students and teachers in real-time communication during instructional activities.

Completion of an Interpreter Training program and at least one year of instructional interpretation in a school environment are required, with in-person CPR and First Aid certifications.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain interpreter credentials.
• Valid driver’s license (front and back).
• Social Security Card.
• CPR certification in person (no online training).
• First Aid certification in person (no online training).

Requirements:

American Sign Language Interpreter - *Must Obtain and maintain

• Valid driver’s license (front and back)
• Valid Arizona Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card (front and back)
• Social Security Card
• CPR certification from an accredited agency (must be in person certification; online training is not acceptable).
• First Aid certification from an accredited agency (must be in person certification; online training is not acceptable)
• High School diploma or G.E.D.

Completion of an Interpreter Training program, AND one (1) year of providing instructional interpretation in a school environment.

$24-$29 Commensurate with Experience
