Adjunct faculty members are responsible for effectively planning and teaching courses in a classroom environment to students with a variety of academic backgrounds and experiences. We are currently seeking adjunct faculty members to teach in-person daytime/afternoon ASL courses. The successful candidate will be able to successfully instruct and assist students with a variety of academic backgrounds and experiences.
Please note: This wide salary range reflects the diverse faculty ranks within the Virginia Community College System (VCCS). Final salary determination and placement within this range are based on the candidate’s academic credentials and occupational experience as evaluated via the VCCS-10 process.
Special Assignments
May be required to perform other duties as assigned. May be required to assist the agency or state government generally in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor.
