Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license (multistate or single-state) with privileges to practice.
• BLS certification; telehealth licensing as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Engage in nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans in collaboration with the team.
• Uphold safety culture and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• May administer medications and therapies per clinical protocols.
• Maintain accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• Float to other units as needed to meet patient care needs.
