UCSF Health's Redwood Shores Urology Practice seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join a high-volume specialty clinic focused on a broad range of urological diagnoses. The role involves performing nursing care for adults and children, utilizing the nursing process, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• At least two years of Registered Nurse experience.
• Minimum of two years full-time RN experience in an adult ambulatory clinical setting or Emergency Department (ED).
• Minimum of two years full-time RN experience in a pediatric ambulatory clinic setting or ED setting.
• Minimum of two years of procedural experience with adult or pediatric patients in an ambulatory clinic or ED setting.
• Recent experience with electronic medical record documentation.
• Flexibility to orient and work at all UCSF Medical Center locations and service lines at Redwood Shores.

Responsabilités

• Utilizes the nursing process for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide safe, therapeutic care.
• Functions as a member of the interdisciplinary nursing team; carries out established nursing procedures and performs related duties as required.
• Performs nursing care for patients with more complex needs with assistance and supervision.
• Assists with the management of patient care administered by other members of the nursing team.
