BJC Medical Group is seeking a Clinical Triage Nurse for its Women’s Healthcare clinic located in Creve Coeur, MO. This full-time, outpatient role offers a day shift with 40 hours per week, no call, no weekends, and no holidays.

The RN will provide direct patient care in collaboration with providers and care teams to deliver high-quality, cost-effective care. Qualified candidates will have an RN license (BLS), a Nursing Diploma/Associate's (Bachelor's preferred), and 2–5 years of nursing

Qualificações

• Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree required.
• RN license (RN) and Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• 2–5 years of nursing experience; ambulatory/OB experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care within the clinic setting in collaboration with providers and care team.
• Assess patient needs and support plan of care to ensure high-quality, cost-effective care.
• Assist with documentation of patient assessments and treatment per compliance standards.
• Educate patients and families using verbal and written instructions; assess comprehension and learning needs.
• Support clinic providers with daily patient management and care coordination.
