BJC Medical Group, part of BJC HealthCare, is seeking a full-time Clinical Triage Nurse for our Saint Louis, Missouri clinics. This day-shift position involves direct patient care, care coordination, and patient education within a multi-specialty group.

The role supports providers in daily patient management and requires nursing credentials, 2–5 years of experience, and BLS certification. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position in a hospital-affiliated setting.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma or RN associate degree required.
• 2–5 years of nursing experience required.
• BLS certification required for RN licensure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement care plans with PCPs and specialists.
• Assess patients' physical, psychosocial and emotional needs with critical nursing skills.
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and SOPs.
• Document patient assessment and treatment in the medical record per compliance.
• Provide patient education and support using appropriate tools and teach-back methods.
• Safety-sensitive position requiring constant alertness.
• Must maintain the ability to work safely in all circumstances.
