Qualifications

• Requires an ASN; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in Indiana or NLC RN license.
• Graduate from nationally accredited nursing program; exceptions possible with 2+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with surgeons, NPs and interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide patient-centered care through phone triage, education, and care coordination.
• Support a diverse ambulatory surgical and bariatric patient population in a outpatient setting.
