Job summary

Regent Surgical Health is seeking a dedicated Ambulatory RN to deliver perioperative care in the ASC setting. You will assess patients before, during, and after surgery, communicate with the team, and ensure safety and quality care.

This full-time role requires readiness to work without weekend or night shifts in a busy environment. Responsibilities include preparing patients, monitoring vitals, assisting surgeons, and documenting care.

Qualifications

• RN with perioperative nursing experience and ability to assess patients pre- and post-operation.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with active Wisconsin RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS as required by ASC policy and patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide intraoperative care in procedure rooms and ORs.
• Assess patients’ health, prepare for surgery, and monitor vitals.
• Explain procedures to patients and families clearly.
• Verify medications, maintain sterile technique, and assist surgeons.
• Support patient safety and discharge planning with the care team.
• Document nursing care accurately for quality continuity.
